Throughout your yoga journey it may happen that you fall out from practice.
Thatâs what happened to me, my focus was only in one direction of my life last year.
Though when I was away from my practice I realised how yoga has tremendously effected my body and mind
Here Iâam again starting my practice again.
Once you are back on mat one may recognise changes in the body has been through since the last time practiced. Maybe your arms shake a little more in plank pose, or your legs stay bent in downward dog. I feel thatâs is perfectly okay!
Thank your body for continuing to sustain you and getting back on the mat. Keep those thoughts positive and full of self-love.
Here are few tips if you are restarting your yoga journey:-
- donât judge yourself
- motivate yourself
- be positive
- fix a time for your practice
Happy to restart my yoga journey. đĽ°
Thank you for constant support and motivation for my yoga practice.

âTrue yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesnât care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.â â Aadil Palkhivala.

âLokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantuâ
One of my personal favorite Sanskrit mantra that offers a blessing of compassion and kindness to all beings. Its translation is simple: âMay all beings everywhere be happy and freeâ. Sometimes called the Lokah Mantra, it is truly an offering of loving-kindness to all beings, animals and humans alike.

Every ending that I experienced in my life was because something new was beginning. If my life had never been full of endings and changes, everything I have experienced in my life would never have happened.
Iam where I am now because something in my past has changed.
Something that ended has allowed me to experience new opportunities and challenges in my life, and all the results have been positive, which does not mean that they have not been difficult, but they have always generated a positive change.
