Hi Everyone,
My name is Sunil.
I am here to share my fitness journey with Mayank.I have been working out past 3 years. Though I was fit all from the beginning, I had a bit of abdominal fat.

I had tried so hard in reducing it, I was getting abs muscles but fat was not reducing.

Luckily, 3 Months back I have come across Mayank through out Mutual friend and my fitness journey entirely changed from there.

I am 181cm tall and was 75KG weight with waist of 36inch when I consulted Mayank.

Mayank took all my details and came up with diet and workout plan suitable for my physic.

12 WEEKS🌾 VEGETARIAN 🌾 TRANSFORMATION.


This Wonderwoman approached me and told me how she wants to change her Lifestyle. We discussed what her goals are and How we can achieve them by making sure that the plan fits her lifestyle. We started LIVE ONE ON ONE SESSIONS. We did only HOME - WORKOUT for her as she didn't want to go to the gym.

Ever since I started my journey in the fitness world, I had one thing very clear, the goal was never to look like a bodybuilder.




The goal was and will be to have my weight around 70-80 kgs with perfect proportions. This is where you will look your absolute best and this is a goal which is achievable NATURALLY.




I grew up watching stars like Brad Pitt, Ryan Gosling, Ryan Reynolds and Christian Bale. For me, that is the perfect physique.




And I achieved it and now I teach hundreds of men all around the globe to do the same. Getting in that 70-80 kgs weight range with low bodyfat, muscle mass at key areas and looking dope in clothes with a sharp jawline.




Turns out that almost every man out there has the same exact goal ! A body which turns heads, looks dope and hot AF near the pool and dapper in a suit as well. A body which is athletic and highly functional too.
