⏱️ Workout Structure
• Work : Rest → 40s : 20s
• Rounds → 2–3
• Rest b/w rounds → 90–120 sec
In your 30s, the goal shifts: we aren't just chasing a pump; we are building a foundation for the upcoming years in life.
You can listen to motivational speeches or experience something that pushes you for a while…
but motivation never lasts forever.
