No maida, No egg, No oven, mini chocolate cake recipes. These are made on gas. Healthy and tasty too. With few ingredients we can make these mini chocolate cakes. To make this recipe more tasty I am using
Cocoa powder.

Mini chocolate cake




2-Oats-1 cup(100gm)


4-Protein powder-20gm
In video I mentioned 2tsp it was big spoon and protein powder weight is 20gm.

5-Sugar free dark chocolate-20-30gm

6-Baking soda-1/4th tsp

7-Ajanta cocoa powder-2tsp


Mango FroYo // Frozen Yogurt 🥭🍨

Summer is here & This recipe is inspired by .shetty ‘s method of eating dessert 🌝

Greek yogurt is a good source of protein & it’s so creamy, when frozen with Mango purée, it actually tastes like a dessert 🧡💛

Ingredients (Makes 6 servings)
400g of Greek yogurt
2 large Alphonso mangoes - use the pulp of 1.5 mangoes to mix in the yogurt, & chop 1/2 of it into pieces & add separately.
*You can add a sweetener of choice as preferred, I haven’t.

Almond Healthy Kulfi

500 ml milk
12-15 soaked almonds
Pinch of saffron/kesar strands (4-5 )
1/4 tsp Elachi Powder
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup Jaggery Powder(as per taste)
7-8 pistachios/ 3-4 almonds chopped

Method: First, boil the milk, add saffron, and reduce it to half.
Then add jaggery, almond puree, pistachios ans Almonds.
Cook for 7-8 minutes on low heat, scrape off all the malai, and let it cool.Pour it into kulfi molds.
Freeze for 8-10 hours or overnight. Enjoy healthy Kulfi!

🍞Custard bread pudding

Bread slice-2
Milk -1/2cup
For custard dressing
Custard powder-2tbsp ,first mix custard powder in 1/4cup milk it should be lumps free then add this to 1/2cup milk that is already in pan keep stirring until thick add sugar as per your taste and sprinkle dry-fruits.



KADA PRASAD Ingredients👇
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4

1 cup Ghee
1 cup Wheat Flour
2.5 cup Water
1 cup Sugar Process:-
• Heat ghee in a kadhai.
• Add wheat flour and cook till golden and aromatic.
• Add 2.5 cup water and mix well.
• Add sugar and cook through.
• Cook till everything comes together and Prasad starts leaving ghee.
• Serve hot.

प्रेगनेंसी के बाद और कई स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं के चलते फिटनेस कोच माहिरा का वजन 105 किलो हो गया था। जानिये उन्होंने सिर्फ 8 महीनों में 39 किलो वजन कैसे कम किया। कामकाजी महिलाओं को उनके वेट लॉस जर्नी से सबक लेना चाहिए।

वजन बढ़ना जितना आसान है, कम करना उतना ही मुश्किल है लेकिन अगर आप ठान लें तो नामुमकिन नहीं है। इस मामले में लोग जल्दबाजी दिखाते हैं और बीच में हार मान जाते हैं। अगर आप भी उन लोगों में से हैं, जो वजन कम करना चाहते हैं, लेकिन खुद को तैयार नहीं कर पा रहे हैं, तो आपको डॉ. माहिरा मेंघानी से सबक लेना चाहिए।

मुंबई की रहने वाली माहिरा पेशे से एक हेल्थ एंड फिटनेस कोच हैं। कभी इनका वजन 105 किलो हुआ करता था। प्रॉब्लम बस वजन ही नहीं था। साथ में पीसीओएस और कोलेस्ट्रॉल जैसे हेल्थ इशू भी थे। इन सभी चुनौतियों का सामना करते हुए माहिर ने केवल 8 महीनों में 39 किलोग्राम वजन कम किया और उन महिलाओं के लिए एक मिसाल बनी, जो वजन तो कम करना चाहती हैं लेकिन कोई पहल नहीं करती हैं।

Let's make High protein, Gluten free, Broccoli paneer cutlet. This is super healthy and easy to prepare recipe. Single cutlet gives 80calories and 5gm proteins. Only 15mins you need to prepare these delicious cutlets.

We can easily incorporate these cutlets into our weightloss diet plan.

High protein Cutlets





3-Onion-small size(30gm)

4-Carrot-30gm(small size)


6-Green chili-as per taste

7-Garlic-as per taste

8-Coriander leaves-1tbsp



11-Cumin seeds-1tsp

12-Turmeric powder-1/4th tsp

13-Coriander powder-1tsp

14-Salt-as per taste


1-Cut and wash broccoli in hot water, for 3-4times.

2-Wipe out the extra water from broccoli.

3-In a chopper add broccoli, green chili, garlic and chop it finely.

4-Add mashed paneer, rolled oats powder, chopped onion, grated carrot, chopped coriander leaves, spices and salt.

5-Mix well, and make cutlets from this mixture.

6-Heat a tawa and grease it with little oil.

7-Now cook these cutlets both sides.

Super healthy and tasty broccoli paneer cutlets are ready serve.


No sugar Strawberry Lassi, single serving gives 292 calories , 11 gm protein. This is the best recipe for breakfast. We can have weight loss too.
