She was under home workout program . She came to me with some health issue and also she wanted to lose the extra weight. Relish your childhood memories after seeing this kids. Summer can be a mixed blessing. On the up side, more sunny days for the kids and lots of outdoor activities. On the down side, uncomfortably hot summer days and pricey indoor activities. To beat the heat, take your kids to different places where they feel happy and relax. Check around to see if there are fountains or sprinklers that are appropriate for kids to run through.

Getting out in nature is one great way to put your kids in touch with nature.

Take a stroll, clean up your local park, get out on your bikes, or do a spot of planting in the garden to get your kids to engage with the environment.

As this year’s theme is all about investing in the planet, you can plant trees or plants together in your garden.

As soon as a child enters a zoo, their eyes widen and the wheels start turning. “Can I see that animal?” “Where does that animal come from?” “Can I take that one home?” Kids are innately curious which allows them to learn and take in their environment. Zoos encourage curiosity thus encourage learning and brain development!
It allows children to explore their environment and make new discoveries. Exploring their environment also helps children become more self-aware.

The shoulder press is one of the most effective strength training exercises that can help you build bigger and stronger shoulders. We’re going to talk about the benefits and how the shoulder press can transform your performance.

Benefits Of Military Press
1. Upper Body Strength
2. More Muscle
3. Improved Body Composition

Begin with loaded a barbell with a manageable weight for at least 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps.

Once your barbell is loaded, place a barbell on a squat rack at about chest height.
Grab the barbell with a pronated or palms facing forward grip.
Feet shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent place the barbell across your collarbone or clavicle, against your anterior deltoids.
Press the bar overhead, with palms under the bar, keeping your core right and head tilted back.
Once the bar reaches overhead lockout, and push your arms back, and punch your face forward like you’re looking through an imaginary window
Push your head back, lower the bar down, coming back to starting position with the barbell resting on your collarbone.
Pause and repeat.

What for adults is a discipline for exercise, for young children, is one of their favorite games. It is a very healthy behavior that is usually given to young children when they are beginning to feel autonomous, it gives them a sense of freedom, and it also burns energy. Kids dont fear anything. They are ready to jump from 6 feet high into air. While we adults live in fear of failure, relationships and future.
Kids forget/forgive easily. If mum/dad scolds them. They cry for some time. Then they forget. If something bad happens to us. We are either angry ruminating/sad re-living the incident.
Kids live in the moment. What ever they are doing they enjoy it thoroughly. We Adults while doing what we love sometimes get carried away by thoughts.

Shaheed Diwas, also known as Martyrs' Day, is celebrated on March 23 every year. It is observed to honour the sacrifices of Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev Thapar, and Shivaram Rajguru, who lost their lives during India's struggle for independence.
Let us pray for our martyrs and their families as they are the ones who give India so much strength. Wishing a very Happy Shaheed Diwas to all.

Quick tip
Don't see yourself in a mirror at all times while you workout either in a gym or at home. The best way is to cover the mirror with a piece of cloth and try to push yourself to a harder limits in order to achieve your goal which may be differ from person to person.
The mirror doesn’t really matter. There may be other exercises where mirrors are helpful for maintaining symmetry or safe form or whatever. But overall, the more important consideration seems to be the distinction between internal and external focus.

Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn.

Regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. Any amount of activity is better than none at all. To reap the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day — take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household chores. Consistency is key.
