Same sports bra. Co-incidentally. But, One year apart.
I didn’t even plan the comparison — I just happened to be wearing this again yesterday. 🤍

july felt approximately 74 days long and somehow also disappeared in 5 minutes???
started the month living out of a suitcase between bombay & goa — lots of work, cooking, house hunting, slow mornings, running around town, too much coffee, a very respectable amount of cocktails + dessert and some much needed time with my favourite people 🤍
then came home and very quickly remembered that i have a job, a fitness routine and a wedding to plan lol.
somewhere in between there were lots of evening walks, getting back into training, work days that went on a little too long, wedding things slowly becoming VERY real… and doing HYROX with one of my closest friends 🥹
a long month. a full month. a very wholesome month.
10/10 would july again (maybe with slightly fewer tabs open in my brain) 🫶🏽

Coffee isn’t good or bad for your gut. It’s dose-dependent, timing-dependent, and person-dependent. 🤍 Here’s the full picture — not just the highlight reel.

LITERALLY JULY LAST YEAR (2025)TO THIS MONTH!
Was just skimming through my gallery and realised this transformation.
1 year ago vs now. Proud of it, because it took a lot of silent healing, acceptance and showing up!
The body changed — but honestly, that’s not even the interesting part. 🤍
What actually changed: my relationship with training, food, rest, and the idea that “trying harder” was always the answer. Swipe through — this is everything I wish someone told me a year ago.
