A migraine is a headache that can cause severe throbbing pain or a pulsing sensation, usually on one side of the head
Migraines are mainly of four types:
Aura : Lasts anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours. You observe colours and shapes of different types and sizes around your eyes.
Common: It is a common one sided headache
Chronic: When it lasts for more than two weeks
Cluster: When you feel a burning sensation throughout the head and around the eyes.
It impacts our nervous system and hence the system needs to do something with experiencing calmness.
Migraines may last for a long time even with medications, but when it is combined with mindfulness, it has amazing effects and it can also make you aware about the next trigger which can be avoided if taken care of well.
