Two of The most requested workouts in one: THIGHS and B***Y!!!
You have three options here: so JUST the banded exercises for an outer thigh and b***y workout, JUST the ball exercises for an inner thigh workout, or do them all to target everything!
Reps are listed on each video, and you will do 2-3 rounds.
Use a medium to heavy fabric band and a small Pilates ball.
These are a must if you are working out at home!
