she is lean skinny fat that is fat only in her midsection, especially in her abs, and needs to change her physique 

so we did a body recomposition that is no more changes in weight but reduction in fat at the same time gaining the muscle so that's it we have done it

she followed the workout and diet that I have given 

Started weight from 50.3 kg to 49.5 

even her measurements are improved except her waist gaining some muscles, and sleep quality, strength, stamina
