Fitness was never a priority for me in the beginning- it was something I did to keep myself functionally active but this all changed when I realised I could become a stronger faster and a more resilient person- I became more focused on developing strength and eventually that lead to a deep desire to look a certain way (aka Sarah Connor ๐) this drove me to lose weight/fat- build muscle and before I knew it fitness was an undeniable part of my lifestyle. Qualifying as a PT from NASM was my way to share with and teach others, this incredible transformation in not just my physical health but also my mental and emotional health - the ultimate goal- feel good look good-
