All forms and types of yoga have the same essence. It’s breath in sync with movement to achieve sadhana (spiritual discipline).
Different styles call to different practitioners. For those who prefer dynamic, creative movements, Vinayasa flows become a playground. And for the ones who are drawn to precision, rules and repitition, perfecting the Ashtanga series becomes the motivator.

While we move through life checking our to-do lists and spending our days, the one part of the body we lose touch with is our spine.
Align and Heal is designed to bridge that gap with gentle therapeutic movements that release tension, restore mobility and reconnect with your body. Facilitated through yoga, breathwork and deep relaxation.

A room full of yogis trying to push their physical limit is as powerful as them trying to push their mental limits.
At our centre, we hold space for both: the movement and the stillness. And you’re welcome to experience it for yourself.

Mudras are subtle yet powerful yogic gestures that influence the flow of prana or life-force energy through the body.
Practised with breath and awareness, they can help calm the nervous system, sharpen focus, restore balance and deepen meditation.
They remind us that someties the smallest shifts create the biggest inner movement.
Don’t get me wrong, I love being in the city. I thrive in the chaos of it.
But this city girl also needs a daily escape, time away from the hustle .
is that sanctuary (literally) in the heart of Delhi where I find time for myself in the middle of my long to-do list. A place where I can move, rest and recharge under the guidance of some of the best yoga teachers.
Where do you go to escape the chaos of the city?

When the sense of “I” grows too strong, our perception of reality begins to shift.
In yogic philosophy, ego is not simply confidence or identity.
It is the habit of placing ourselves at the centre of every experience, reaction, and interpretation.
Over time, we stop seeing things clearly.
Perception becomes shaped more by personal attachment than by truth.
That is why yoga places so much importance on awareness.
Not to erase the self, but to move beyond the constant need to protect, prove, compare, and hold on.
