Very Important Tip to manage the ankylosing spondylitis that i have discovered is to make a cardamom tea ( use half a spoon of cardamon powder ) and 75 % water and 25 %milk in the tea. You will find that it helps you in the pain management a lot. Happy new Year to all of you , may this new year brings you an amazing health and enthusiasm.
