Many many congratulations Ms.Jigmet Dolma on being awarded the State Award in the Sport Catagory (Athletics). Even after not having proper infrastructure for the last twelve years since you have participated for the first time in a tournament in 2008 you have come a long way and you deserves this award. You are not only inspiration for us as a runner but you Inspire all the sports person of Ladakh. We feel blessed that we are also part of your journey.
