I don't want my trainees to get back to me because I want them to learn about the nutrition and exercise when they are with me. It's a learning process along with their fitness journey. But when and if they get back to me despite of having many coaches and enormous information around,i feel grateful. When they are choosing me they are showing the trust in the coach and in her training. I can't be thankful enough for the work I do.

Train for the fire in your apartment/hotel/home where you have to rush down, jump, pull yourself up, climb,break etc etc..
I never want to reach the situation in my life where im climbing up or walking down the stairs with great difficulty or not able to do it only.

Double jeopardy...Lift weights minimum thrice a week. Fat is not going anywhere if not building muscle mass.
