Today’s workout involved a 4km warm up, 6km main set and 2km cool down. Started pouring after the warm up. As anyone one would tell you, rains and cooler temperatures don’t combine well. The easy thing to do is to QUIT and go home. You quit once then you quit again and soon before you know it, quitting becomes a habit. So what do we say to the God of quitting ?
