When I talk to people regarding fitness, they always say we track our weight, daily steps/Km but, if I ask how many calories you intake, mostly I hear 1 bowl of oats, 1 glass of milk.....and so on. The point is, Why can't you track or measure it too. Together it can give you long-term fitness. What do you say!!
