The best way to loose tummy is to eat less and work more. More calories burned than consumed = more fat burned. And tummy fat is the first to burn as well as accumulate in your body. So cut the pizzas, colas, alcohol and sugary foods and substitue with protein rich, fiber rich, low or complex carbohydrate foods like oats and egg whites.
But here's a simple plan to follow that not only will make you loose tummy without exercise but also develop self control:
When at dinner you want to eat that pizza or drink that beer, don't do it! In fact don't eat anything that night at all. Drink water with fiber (isabgol husk) that will fill your stomach. Go to sleep like this. If you still want to uncontrollably eat something, think of the millions of people who go hungry to bed on this planet. Discipline yourself and sleep. You would have cut about 300-500 calories that night. 1 pound of fat = 3000 calories. You can loose 10 pounds of tummy in one year following this simple rule just once or twice every month
