Not a holiday.
A pause.

This March, Yellow Circle is hosting a short mountain retreat for people living fast, full, high-paced lives — where the body needs attention and the mind needs space.

Through yoga, conscious movement (including dance-based practices), breathwork, sound, and unhurried time in nature, this retreat is about slowing down, realigning, and returning with clarity.

Not a holiday.
Not a party retreat.
But a reset of body & mind through intelligent movement, reflection,
and nature.
Not just Yoga postures, but delving deeper.
Hikes, slow days, sensets, and honest pauses.
For those ready to slow down & actually listen…

Many people feel tired and assume they need more rest — or more discipline.

Often, what’s exhausting us is not activity, but quiet, continuous effort that goes unnoticed.

We often think rest means stopping.

But when we stop, many of us feel uneasy.

Stillness has a way of revealing effort we didn’t know we were holding.

The body doesn’t resist rest.

It settles when it feels supported.

Many people try to “sit well” by using more effort.

Organisation is necessary.
Over-effort is not.

When the body is organised, effort reduces naturally.
