To avoid rushing through the gym door at the last minute (and running into people) make sure that you show up to your gym class at the allotted time and do not hover at the entrance. If you see a beeline, it is advisable to wait in your car or somewhere at distance. This will ensure that you donโt run into people who are heading for the gym at their scheduled time.

You may tire out quickly, have a hard time catching your breath and may experience dizziness or light-headedness. Always speak to your medical care provider before wearing a mask while working out in a gym.

Congratulations to everyone who participated in the max pushup rep Challenge organized by Team shredded. The challenge is now completed.
We are very happy with the challenge: the sheer number of participants, the excitement it has generated both in the males and females participant, and the excellent results. We would like to thank all participants for their enthusiastic response to the challenge and We are looking forward to analyzing the results
So the result is revealed that
> In Male participants
Dushyant is the winner of this contest He is from Delhi . He had crossed by record also ,he complete 51 reps in 30 seconds .It was seriously an amazing performance performed by him
> In female participants
Usha morwal is the winner .She completed 39 reps in 30 second. As we all know she is the common wealth champion and strong women also.
So this is the result of our contest and seriously we are very much satisfied with this content and I am highly devoted that I will definitely organized many more competition like this in future too

Too grateful for those who are being participate in our contest. As we see that small kids and elder or old peoples are also participating in our contest ,that made me also motivated and proud that I had organized this contest and I am succeed into it .
Basically our motive to organize this contest for lockdown period but that I had seen more and more people giving amazing responses as per this feedback I will definitely organize these type of contest month ahead also or in every month or two months
As you all know that the result will be announced on 12 th of may 2020 .The result will be declared on the basis of correct posture ,reps and seconds also .
If anyone having any problem or issue regarding the winner contestant he or she will be able to do duet with them and tag them and clear their issues .But as per our side our decision will be fair and definitely will be appreciated also.
