Your workout might be on point. Your diet might be on point. But what about your sleep? 👀
My sleep score is 56, and as a new mom, I know that getting 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep isn’t always in my control. 🥲
But if you’re sacrificing sleep for late-night scrolling, binge-watching, or evening caffeine, it’s time to rethink your routine.
Here are 4 things to start with:
• Aim for 7–9 hours of sleep whenever possible.
• Keep screens away 30–60 minutes before bed.
• Avoid caffeine close to bedtime, especially late-evening pre-workouts.
• Don’t blindly rely on magnesium or melatonin. Fix your routine first and use supplements only when appropriate.
Remember, recovery is part of your training—not separate from it.
And if you’re a new parent, don’t feel guilty about the sleep you can’t control. Focus on what you can change. ❤️
Save this for your next fitness reset.
