-Demonstrate or explain how to perform various exercises and routines to minimize injuries and improve fitness
-Watch clients do exercises to ensure that they are using the correct techniques
-Provide alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill
-Monitor clients’ progress and adapt programs as needed
-Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment
-Give clients information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues
-Give emergency first aid if needed

Responsibilities for Supervisor

-Create a weekly or bi-weekly schedule for employees, bearing in mind holidays and times of high volume for the business
-Monitor and supervise the timely arrival of scheduled employees, with aware of unforeseen challenges such as scheduling
-Oversee the handling of money and establish accountability by ensuring each register is properly funded with the correct amount of cash and close out each register to ensure all funds are accounted for
-Establish tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace, this includes stocking supplies and maintaining clean restrooms and public spaces
-Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide feedback
-Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior
-Ensure proper approval for customer discounts, returns and exchanges while providing customer satisfaction and positive interaction with the company
-Oversee and administer tests to ensure employees have a firm understanding of company policy

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

-Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
-Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
-Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
-Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
-Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
-Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
-Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
-Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

However, exercising at a higher intensity or performing short, high-intensity work intervals can lead to a greater total amount of calories being expended during a workout.

Due to the physiology of the female body, compared to men women produce much less testosterone. That means that adding two days of resistance training to a weekly exercise regimen can increase lean muscle mass, but it won’t add pounds of “bulky” muscle.

Strength training can cause women to produce more somatotropin (otherwise known as human growth hormone), but when you consider that growth hormone helps metabolize fat and is considered an important part of reducing the effects of the biological aging process, this is not a bad thing.
