But still, who doesn't love to get a huge pump?
In today's post I included 5 tips that will definitely help you get an awesome pump in your next gym session!
Also, remember that working out in a higher rep range and utilizing isolation movements will also improve the blood flow in your muscle and thus make them look bigger than they are.
As you probably know, having a pump is only temporary. So don't freak out if you look a lot smaller after a short period of time!
