Training before playing any tournament.
Guys, proper training, and drill exercise is required for going any tournament.

First's starting doing running which is more essential for playing any game. It builds up your stamina and make your knee more flexible and improve your court movement. but most people don't do that. That why they are lack behind.

The second thing is proper court drill. First, cover straight court movement and start doing cross-court drills and cover each and every corner of the court.

Third and most important is Shadow. But most people don't know what is the shadow. Shadow is within court movement with racket only. Its enhance your court movement posture and stamina to your body.

If you are a regular player and want to attend any tournament. Follow the above-mentioned things for a month. I think no one beat you.

Warm up before playing
The essential warm-up is required before playing. Otherwise your body start facing the problem like shoulder pain, knee pain and other body pain. Running a basic need or requirement to do before playing any game. Although people don’t do any warm-up exercise before playing and hence, they facing chronic pain like shoulder pain, knee pain and wrist pain. So the best practice is to do warm-up exercises like running, skipping, shoulder movement exercises, wrist movement exercises and so on. It will hardly take 10-15 minute to warm-up your body. So it’s essential tips to keep your body fit and fine.

Badminton Cross Court Drill

In badminton, cross court drill plays an important role to improve your game. Do cross court drill daily at least 15 days for each corner(right and left). In this drill you need to use your wrist movement along with shoulder. The following shots are required

a) Cross Court drop shot
b) Cross Court Toss
c) Cross Court Smash

Hence, after doing this drill at least one month, your overall game will be improved.

To keep your game intact, you need to repeat this drill after every one week.
