1.Please tell us something about yourself
I am simple,straightforward and very sensitive is how i see myself
I love colours,fragrance and positive energy i feel i am still a kid at heart who is being pampered by all around her and for that i am blessed and do thank the almighty🙏
2. How has your yoga practice shaped who you are?
When i came to Soham in August 2015 i was hurt broken and very disheartened
From my yoga practice i became stronger to go on walking on the correct path....
Yoga has given me physical strength which i never thought i had
For me it is like coming for a rejuvenation class
3. Your favorite asana?
Every asna that i am able to do keeps on getting added in the favourite list and i hope the list will go on increasing
I wanna master the crow and one day i shall because i tell myself every moment that it is all in the mind
4. Why do you love Soham?
Soham and my gurus motivate me every single day
When i enter in the morning its like coming home away from home
I do miss my classes but it leaves me feeling guilty like a class 2 student caught bunking....
The positive energies and the vibes of this place ,gurus and my fellow yogis is the reason Soham is very important part of my daily routine
One has to be a part of Soham family to understand how it helps us in becoming a better human being

Yogi of the month-Juju Nath
1.Please tell us something about yourself.
I'd like to think I'm an average person with an average life. Really easy to sum up I guess. I feel every emotion deeply. Love , anger .. sadness ..... I only don't have any room for hate ... that terrifies me !!!!!....my most favorite one is of course love ... I love to love and love being loved .... but then who doesn't 😁
2. How has your yoga practice shaped who you are?
I have been doing yoga for give or take a year now .. I feel it has changed me .... I believed I was very strong and yoga would be a piece of cake.... but how wrong was I .....yoga has challenged me physically.... calmed me mentally.... and is on the verge of fixing my sleeping patterns 😜
3.Your favorite Asana?
My favorite asana is undoubtedly the head Stand .... even though I have attempted it only a couple of times and is totally supported ...still it makes me feel that I can achieve the impossible.
4. Why do you love Soham?
And last but not the least 'Soham' .... introduced to me by my lovely Alka ... thank you ...it's a place where I meet people who never cease to blow me away with their unconditional love .. kindness and patience.... it's my place of peace.... a place I can be me ... thank you Anjali ...Jhula ... Anju .... for being the most incredible teachers .... and for being so willing to help always ❤❤❤

1. *Please tell us something about yourself*
I am a mother of two beautiful human beings. This is my biggest achievement in life. Haven't done much otherwise. I run a small Education and immigration business which I love. I am a Delhi girl born in a Punjabi household.
2. *How has your yoga practice shaped who you are?*
I was introduced to Soham by Alka. I am intrinsically a hyper person- my
Mind has calmed me down. Spending one hour at Soham is like one hour of meditation for me. I come back so relaxed. Every place is made by the people- aspire to be calm and composed and serene like Anjali and Jhula, dedicated like Anju, warm and caring like Alka and be Mast Molla like Juju.
3. *Your favorite asana?*
My favourite Asana is the Headstand. I love the rush of blood to me head and the high it gives me.
4. *Why do you love Soham?*
I Love Soham because of the positivity. It's an eclectic group with one thing in common. All of us have been through our own s--t which has probably shaped us all into what we are today. I feel the positivity as soon as you enter Soham. There is no gossip or bad mouthing. It's a support system to all of us .

I am a seeker in life - of fun, friends, fitness; passionate about learning new things, books, love music - from western to indian classical; I think that the real ability of a person is balance - between material & spiritual; love & detachment; passion & reason.._
2. How has your yoga practice shaped who you are?
Yoga helps me maintain my physical fitness & mental balance. It's given me patience & taught me detached compassion.
3. Your favorite Asana?
I love चक्रआसन & उस्त्रा आसन
4. Why you love Soham?
Through Soham I've had the opportunity to learn from different teachers & different styles of yoga. It gives diversity to my practice. Plus it's given me injury free yoga. I love the special events that Soham organises - Reiki, Meditation etc.
