Modern science loves classic Yoga.

Did you know that Alternate nostrils breathing is one of many exercises or breathe work that you can do to trigger your autonomous nervous system?
its been extensively studied, and it has multiple benefits.

In Yoga this old technique is called Nadi shodhana or Anulom vilom and it's been practiced for at least 3000 years.
And thats why we are so lucky today to be able to measure these methods in the lab. Because of its popular and benefitial use.

We love science, but we have to respect and honor the origins, history and philosophy of this practice so we can apply these tools adapting to the context.

There is no one like Oscar Pujol and Sanskrit experts like to learn about Yoga, India, history or philosophy of the Vedas.
They have access to texts that no one can read, they can understand first hand what others read after translations and interpretations of a third person that speaks a different language.
Scholar sanskritists have the wide diversity and the wisdom of the Sanskrit language, by far the one that knows more about the eastern philosophy, the mind and the nature of reality.

But sometimes too many props are an obstacle for the class and they occupy the room. They distract and limit the mind and the moves.
