A team of highly passionate individuals aiming to develop physical education skills in young leaders from age 4 to 8 years.
The multi-sport program is designed to focus on all-round development of the child, ensuring a fun-filled environment. The classes run for 90 mins on Saturdays and Sundays from 5.00 to 6.30pm. The focus is on agility, balance, strength and hand-eye coordination. At Fitkidz, our aim is for each and every child to become an independent and advanced learner. Through our unique program, Kids are supported to play beyond the standard for their age, to succeed in an increasingly global community.

A new year is like a clean page to start from anew and the pen is in your hands. To reach our goal we look forward for every weekend and this new year we promise to outdo ourselves.

Here is another grilling session we completed last weekend on 05-11-2017.
We started with a small game of football, followed by warm-up, Burpees, Push-ups, Frog walk, Snail Walk, Seal Walk and Drills!
