भूमि के लिए संजीवनी - " हरी खाद (Green Manure) " :-

किसान भाई कई वर्षों से लगातार अपने खेतों में रासायनिक खाद-उर्वरक तथा अन्य जहरीले रसायनो का प्रयोग करके खेती कर रहे है। गोबर की विभिन्न तरह की खादो व अन्य जैविक खादों का प्रयोग लगभग न के बराबर हो रहा है अथवा बंद कर दिया गया है। जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप हमारी भूमि में ऑर्गेनिक कार्बन, मित्र सूक्ष्म जीव,मित्र फंगस, आवश्यक पोषक तत्वों की कमी होती जा रही है। भूमि की भौतिक व रासायनिक संरचना बिगड़ चुकी है, जमीन का पोलापन कठोरता में बदल रहा है। भूमि में लवणीयता तथा क्षारीयता बढ़ रही है। हमारी भूमि मृत होती जा रही है। जिससे फसलों का उत्पादन स्थिर हो गया है अथवा कम होता जा रहा है। अगर यही हाल रहा तो एक दिन हमारी खेती बंजर हो सकती है।
यदि हमें अपने खेतों को बंजर होने से बचाना है तथा अपनी अगली पीढ़ी के लिए कृषि क्षेत्र में एक अच्छा भविष्य देना है, तो हमे अपने खेतों में नियमित गोबर से बनी विभन्न तरह की खादो व हरी खादो का प्रयोग करना होगा।

हरी खाद :- हरी खाद सबसे अच्छा , सरल, कम लागत वाला एक ऐसा तरीका है जिसके माध्यम से भूमि को उपजाऊ बनाया जा सकता है। इसके प्रयोग से भूमि में देशी केंचुओं की संख्या में वृद्धि होती है तथा फसलों के लिए आवश्यक सभी मुख्य व सूक्ष्म पोषक तत्वों, आर्गेनिक कार्बन, एंजाइम्स- विटामिन्स-हार्मोन्स, विभिन्न मित्र बैक्टेरिया व मित्र फंगस, आर्गेनिक एसिड्स आदि में वृद्धि होती है तथा हमारी भूमि उपजाऊ बनती है।
इसके लिए हमे गेंहू की कटाई के बाद पानी की व्यवस्था वाले खेतो में अप्रैल या मई माह में तथा सूखे क्षेत्रो में मानसून आने पर हरी खाद की बुआई करनी चाहिए। हरी खाद के लिए तेजी से बढ़ने वाली दलहनी फसलें जैसे- ढेंचा, सनई, लोबिया, ग्वार, मूंग उड़द आदि की बुआई कर सकते है। मेरे अनुभव के हिसाब से हरी खाद के लिए ढेंचा एवं सनई सबसे उपयुक्त रहती है, जो जल्दी बढ़ती है तथा इनसे बायोमास भी अधिक मिलता है। ढेंचा एक ऐसी फसल है जो अंकुरित होने के बाद पानी की कमी या सूखा को भी सह लेती है तथा वर्षा के मौषम में अधिक पानी गिरने पर पानी भराव को भी सहन कर सकता है।
हरी खाद को बुआई के बाद गलभग 45 से 60 दिनों में फूल आने के पूर्व खेत मे लोहा हल, डिस्क हैरो अथवा रोटावेटर से मिट्टी में पलट दिया जाता है। इस समय खेत मे पर्याप्त नमी होनी चाहिए जिससे हरी खाद शीघ्र ही डिकॉम्पोज़ हो जाए, खाद पलटते समय उपलब्धता के अनुसार खेत मे सरसो, करंज, नीम आदि की खल, जीवामृत, वेस्ट डिकॉम्पोज़र अथवा यूरिया डालने से हरी खाद की फसल अतिशीघ्र ही डिकॉम्पोज़ हो जाती है। दलहनी फसल में एक विशेष गुण होता है कि वह वायुमण्डलीय नाइट्रोजन को अपनी जड़ो में राइजोबियम बैक्टेरिया के माध्यम से भूमि में भंडारित कर लेती है, जिससे खेत मे बोई जाने वाली अगली फसल को पर्याप्त मात्रा में नाइट्रोजन तथा अन्य सभी आवश्यक पोषक तत्व उपलब्ध हो जाते है। जिससे एक तरफ़ तो हमारी भूमि का स्वास्थ्य सुधरता है तथा दूसरी ओर रासायनिक खादों का प्रयोग भी कम किया जा सकता है।
धान लगाने के पूर्व किसान अपने खेती में हरी खाद की बुआई कर मानसून आने पर हरी खाद को खेत मे पलटकर धान की रोपाई कर रासायनिक उर्वरक के खर्चे को कम कर सकते है।
अतः किसान भाइयों से निवेदन है कि आप भी हरी खाद लगाकर अपने खेतों को उपजाऊ बनाये।
