The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But 200 hundred pounds is always 200 hundred pounds.

Is BCAA suppliment is necessary?
As a sports nutritionist let me tell you what is BCAA
BCAA is a branch chain of 3 amino acid
Iso leucine, leucine & valine
these three amino acids help to get Instant recovery to muscle
in these 3 chains leucine is the amino acids, which body convert into glucose & use as a source of energy when required.
but
as I said it's a amino acid. so u can get BCAA in all 1st class protein sources
like eggs, chicken, fish,paneer, meat,milk,curd etc
if u are having ur daily requirement protein in 1st class source of protein.so u no need to take BCAA from outside in form of suppliment.
if u are a vegetarian, so again u have a first class protein sources in the form of dairy products
like milk, paneer, curd etc
but if u are in vegan catogary(who can't consume dairy products also)
so u can take these in the form of suppliment
BCAA generally use by fitness model's, bodybuilder, when they deplete their carbohydrate to get more sharpness at that time for preventing muscle loss they use BCAA.
if u are not having 1st class protein of ur daily protein requirement, & if u have good budget u can use
otherwise uf u are having well calculated nutrition( all protein in first class form & carbs as per muscle requirement) so
you no need to use
u can get sufficient BCAA.
the choice is ur if u have good budget & u are not eatin proteins in first class form so u can use it

Men's physique is all about the right symmetry and proportions.
Symmetry in sense you can say that each muscle group is balanced and well develop to give that 3 dimensional look and strong Vtaper on stage ! 💯💪🏻
So offseason for physique guys is to keep in shape all year and having that balanced diet with balannced macros keep calories in surplus of 200 to 500 as per your body type !
For me , my body type resist me to keep lean all year round so no matter i keep my carbs moderate to low will also grow me , just keep my protein in take well so that i gain lean muscle mass all year .
So my diet is like 50% protein🥐
30% carbs🍞and 20% fats🥑
And some cardio session daily for keeping my metabolism in work and for absoring the most of the nutrients in my body ! 💯
