Honoured to join the coordination meeting of the upcoming Sikkim Kalakar Bharosa Sammelan 2026, chaired by the honourable former MLA Madam cm wife of the HCM Smt Krishna Kumari Rai. The event is being organised by the Sikkim Art, Culture and Heritage Development Board under the esteemed patronage of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Sikkim, Shri Prem Singh Tamang (Golay).

The event saw the presence of the Chairman of Sikkim Art, Culture and Heritage Development Board, Shri Sanjay Dilpali Rai, board members, members of the organising committee, artists from various fraternities, and members of the team VOICE.

We were informed that Sikkim Kalakar Bharosa Sammelan 2026, which began as an independent initiative, has now been officially institutionalised under the Government of Sikkim.

We were also informed that the event, originally scheduled for 8th and 9th May 2026, has been postponed to 14th and 15th May 2026 due to the Hon’ble Chief Minister’s unavoidable official engagements.

It was a privilege for our studio, members, instructors and the director to be a part of this historic day. The closing ceremony "1000 steps of Unity" for 50th year of statehood celebration was nothing but a grand success!

To have Hon'ble Prime Minister give a standing ovation even shunning safety protocols was what all the members of were aiming for.

It was only possible because of the dedication of our Honourable Chief Minister Shri and the additional efforts of sir who was the backbone of the cultural team.

Jai Hind! Jai Sikkim!
