12INDO NEPAL Skating competition was held in Biratnagar,Nepal from 2nd may to 3rd may where 22no's of players were participated and won some medals for Assam

On the 25th National Speed Championship held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium,Chennai Tamilnadu from January 31st to 2nd Feburary 2026, near about 1400 Skater take participate in the Championship.From Assam 55 Skater took part in the same. The medal winner`s from Asaam are as follows:
U-6 : Neerja Bora (1000 mtr. Bronze) and Rajvee Nath (400 mtr.Bronze),Kavyansh Kashyap(1000 mtr. Bronze)
Ariyav Saikia(100 mtr.Road Race Bronze and 200 mtr. Rink Race Bronze)
U-10 : Rudra Sharma(1000 mtr.Rink Race Silver and Bronze 400 mtr.), Navyam Nihaan Borah(200 mtr.Rink Race Silver)
U-12
Akarsh Kumar(1000 mtr.Rink Gold and 400 mtr.Rink Silver), Mousam Deka(200 mtr.Rink Bronze),
U- 14
Riyan Patra(100 mtr. Road Bronze)
Special category Porikhisit Chanda won the Bronze medal.
Again in Asaam Really team U-8 Girls and Boys team Recreational Inline Gold Medal, Quads Bronze,
U-8 Boys Quads Silver U-12 Boys Recreational Inline Silver, Quads Bronze , Girls also won Bronze , U-14 Boys Recreational Inline Silver and Quads Silver medal.

All Assam Speed Skating Championship was organised by Assam Speed Skating Association at Dispur Skating Rink and Vandya International School. More than 300 skaters took part in this mega event. The even witnessed active participation from Nagaon,Kamrup M, Kamrup R, South Kamrup, Tezpur, Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Duliajan, Chandrapur, Morigaon,Doomdooma and Nalbari. In the closing ceremony Satrugan Chauhan (President of Assam speed skating association), Gangotri L Baruah ( vice president of Assam Speed skating association) Suman Deka general secretary Assam Speed Skating Association and Dony Kashyap general secretary of Youth AGP were present.
