12th Bengal junior open Girls under 15 Monoshree Raut of Assam won the finals and became the Champion. The tournament is being held in kolkatta. Monoshree raut of Assam defeated Shanaya Parasrampuria of Maharashtra. The score 11-13, 4-11, 11-6, 11-9, 12-10
The President Shri Shiladitya Dev of Assam Squash Rackets Associatioon while congratulating Monoshree Raut reminded what Jehad told a few months back emphasising the fact that Assam has tremendous talent and this win is only testimony to the fact. The Secretary Rakesh Tiwari also proudly acknowledged the hard work of Monoshree Raut. A special mention of the coach Shri Ravi Pajiyar must be made in shaping the success of our boys and girls of Assam.
A number of Tournaments are scheduled this entire year and we hope our boys and girls can bring more laurels for Assam.
