10 years ago i was super thin. i decided that i wanted to live a healthier lifestyle so i went to the gym.

Pulls ups are a compound unsupported movement to target your lattissimus dorsi, teres major, rhomboids, lavaetor scapulae, elbow flexor group and many other joints as the joint action is frontal shoulder adduction, my personal favourite is to add on some resistance using a belt so that the repetitions come down to 8 or below...
