Boil 2 cups water. Add some daalcheenee, saunf, adrak, tulsi patta, chotee elaichee and 4 broken black peppercorns. Keep boiling till water reduces to almost half. Switch off gas. Cover for 3 minutes. Strain and drink.
Add 1 tsp of pure honey if you want it sweet.
