But worry not!
You are fine as long as you detoxify your body with the following drinks.
1. APPLE CINNAMON WATER DETOX DRINK= You need an apple, an inch long cinnamon stick and a jug of water. Slice the apples and put them in the jar of water, along with the cinnamon stick. Keep it in the fridge. Whenever you feel thirsty, just enjoy this drink throughout the day. It's a zero calorie drink that'll detoxify your body.
2. LEMON MINT CUCUMBER DETOX DRINK= You will need a jar of water, a small sized cucumber, 2-3 lemons and 10-15 mint leaves. Slice thinly the lemons, cucumber and mint, after washing them thoroughly and add them to the water. Keep the jar in the fridge overnight or at least for 3-4 hours. Drink this water throughout the day in small amounts. Many detox diest include cucumbers as these are hydrating vegetables. The lemon's citric acid helps in boosting the cleansing effect and the mints make the drink taste fresh and cool.
3. LEMON DETOX DRINK= One of the most recommended drinks by medical experts is the lemon water. Take half a lemon, squeeze it into the water, preferably warm water. This is the first thing you should drink after waking up. A perfect drink to start the day with essential vitamin, dehydrating your body, enhacing your metabolism, along with eliminating the toxins from your body.

JEERA(CUMIN) WATER - Excellent weight loss remedy
About this tiny little seed: cumin can help jumpstart weight loss, decrease body fat, and improve unhealthy cholesterol levels naturally. This tiny seed is loaded with lots of nutritional value.
Consume cumin water every day on an empty stomach-
1. It helps increase your metabolism, which aids weight loss.

INGREDIENTS:
Water : 500 ML
Jeera : 1Tbsp
