Cross-West Badminton CUP 2016

EVENT DETAILS:

A. Participation required for:

i) Singles (under 18, singles 18+)
ii) Doubles (18+)
iii) Mixed Doubles and
iv) Team Event
B. Date of tournament :
-----------------------------------------
Saturday, 15 October 2016 and Sunday, 16 October 2016.

C. All matches will be held at Mahamaya, Indoor Stadium Ghaziabad.

D. Single; Double and Mixed Double will be knock-out basis and Team event will be league matches.

E. All matches will be played of 15 points; of set of 3 matches.

F. Team Event Details:

i). Team will consist of Minimum 4 and Maximum 7 member.
ii). Five (05) matches will be played in following sequence (Single, Single, Double, Single, Double) and each match will be played in set of 3 matches.
iii)Maximum 2 players in a team can play 2 matches (in set of 5). All players will be different in both the Doubles Team.
iv). Maximum 2 teams per society (exceptional entry will be given in case total participation is less than 7 team)

G. Other Terms and Regulations:

i). Only non-marking shoes are allowed during matches (as per rule and regulation of Mahamaya, Indoor Stadium Ghaziabad, being Matt court; or any other location, in case)
ii). All team to report at the venue atleast 30 minutes prior to schedule time.
iii). All matches will be played by Yonex mavis 350 shuttle.
iv). Decision of Match Referee will be final. Referee may consult Line Man for his opinion.
v). All participants to be resident of societies within Crossings Republik and Gaur City, Greater Noida West.
vi). Participants are advised to carry their photo address proof during the tournament, in case any dispute for domicile of residency
vii). Survey form will be open upto 15 September 2016.
viii). Fee to be paid by 30 September 2016. Fee once paid, will not be refundable.
