-Sabse bdi limitation Treadmill ke sath- Treadmill par running karne ke liye "Treadmill" honi chahiye.
-kaafi logo ko vo boring bhi lagta hai
Toh dosto road par bhagna avoid karein.
Ya toh PARK ya koi accha sa GYM.

Mere desh ki bus yehi problem hai ,yahan padhe likhe "anpad" bahut hai.
Dusra fir inhi logo ko fitness tips bhi saare chahiye hote hai.

Ek 10 saal ka bachaa School mein Ghar mein sports khelta rehta hai, dance mein active bhi hote hai kaafi bacchey ...girta hai uthata hai ....
Uska matlab kya hua....?
Uska matlab ye hua ki vo apni sabhi muscles, nerves, joints, bones, organs etc sabko actively use karta hai ......Jis vajah se body active, fit and healthy rehti hai ....
Aap mein se kaafi logo ne Iss Sportman ko pehchaan liya hoga....dekhiye ye sab inki regular practice ka results hota hai jo kitna hi girne padne par injured nhi hoti...
Toh dosto aaj Exercise karne ka ek aur Benefit bta diya hai aapko ...
