Nowadays, alongwith the new techniques & skills, players also need power & strength to perform at the highest level and to keep themselves fully fit to play all the formats. Powerplay Cricket Academy is also aware of this fact.
In the above context,
Powerplay Cricket Academy conducted a special interactive session in our academy on Friday, 7th July at 3.30 to 4.30 pm with Sri Rohit Saini, Certified Strength & Conditioning specialist (CSCS). He has done his Strength & conditioning course from NSCA, America. He is the strength & conditioning coach of Bangluru Bulls ( Pro Kabaddi league) & Delhi under -16 cricket team.He is a former Delhi state cricketer (u- 19 , U - 22 & Delhi - A (u- 25 ) and now a Multisport Performance Expert.
