Her passion is to guide others in their yoga journey ,teaching them that one simple movement can open a door to a bigger state of mind, health and happiness. Her classes are a dynamic practice that coordinate movement with breath to build the strength and flexibility. You will find a support space to explore your mind ,body and soul in her classes ☘️
