my yoga stars are converting to dancing stars...if yoga is inculcated with dance..the kids naturally enjoy and get involved in yoga..yoga and dance keeps u fit..whatever u choose they go hand in hand..so best practice is involve and inculcate dancing habits in kids..they will naturally enjoy and will involve in yoga..keep dancing and shining..
