Donate blood and save lives.
Today, I donated blood and made 3 of my friends to do the same. They donated blood for the first time in their life.
Currently, the situation is grim is India as Typhoid and Dengue cases are rising. Please do not hesitate before donating your blood or platlets to anybody in need. It’s the need of the hour so help each other as much as you can.

Evening 5-6 PM - GYM KBT, New Colony, Palwal.

Evening 6.20-7.20 PM - Geeta Bhawan, Kalra Colony, Palwal.

In case you live outside palwal or not able to attend my classes, join online by attending the session on my Instagram account. All the sessions are saved in my IGTV section which you can also practice afterwards.

Wide legged forward bend or Prasarita Padottanasana is an energising yoga posture.
It is also practiced for building base for the sirsana or headstand pose.

Benefits -

- Strengthens and stretches the inner and back legs and the spine.
- Tones the abdominal organs.
- Calms the brain.
- Relieves mild backache.

Contraindications-

- It should be avoided if you have injury in the hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, neck, back, or head.
- Avoid if you have migrane or blood pressure issue.
- Also avoid if you have artiritis.

Sirsana II or Tripod Headstand Sequence Flow is an advanced level pose practiced in Ashtanga Yoga.

Benefits -

- Relaxes and energizes your mind.
- Strengthens your core, back, neck, shoulders and arms.
- Lengthens your spine.
- Eases pressure on your lower back.
- Increases blood flow to your head, reducing hairfall issues.

Precautions -

Tripod Headstand should be avoided by people with:

- high blood pressure
- heart palpitations
- glaucoma and other eye problems
- hiatus hernia
- cervical spine instability
