From bringing sports technology to life at events to exploring new venues and meeting new challenges, our team gets to be part of the action wherever the game takes us. And honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way! 💜

Indian volleyball is growing, and the numbers show it. The sport is reaching more people across the country.

We have the audience and the talent. Now, the focus needs to be on creating more opportunities through state-level competitions, better pathways for women, and a stronger system to identify young players.

The potential is there. How do we take the next step?

Would love to know your thoughts.

Behind every piece of technology is a team that makes it happen.

At Stupa Sports, our team works on turning ideas into solutions that help make the game better.

Using real-time 3D simulation and Unreal Engine, our technology recreates key moments using real-world data and visuals, showing plays from angles that traditional cameras can’t capture.

Built with precision. Made for the moments that matter.

The technology behind every call. The people behind the technology.

Volleyball is bigger than many people realise.

Around 800 million people worldwide engage with the sport, and FIVB has an ambition to double that number by 2032.

The numbers from China, Italy and Turkey show how large the audience has become. In the US, college volleyball participation is growing too, and investors are now putting serious money into building professional leagues around the sport.

It makes you wonder how much bigger volleyball can become in the coming years.

But where does India stand on the global volleyball map? That’s something I’ll explore in the next video.

Would love to know what you think.

Padel is making its debut as a medal sport at the Asian Games.

What caught my attention is how quickly the sport has grown. 38 million players. 178 countries. More than 85,000 courts.

It was largely a European sport not too long ago. Today, it is growing across Asia, the Middle East and the Americas as well.

India isn’t competing this time. But with the sport growing here too, I’m curious to see how far it can go in India.

Last week, I saw Melbourne’s NFL craze first-hand.

I was there for SportNXT and had the opportunity to tour the MCG, where I also saw some of the preparation behind this enormous event. It was simply amazing.

It made me wonder: was this just one international game, or the beginning of a much bigger market?

100,021 spectators. Fans from more than 30 countries. And over $300 million in projected local spending.

Clearly, this was much more than a game.

Would love to know what you think.

Cricket is the newest addition to Stupa Events.

We started Stupa with one sport.

Over the years, every new sport has taught us something different and pushed the platform a little further.

Now Stupa Events is rolling out for cricket. Different sport. Different complexity. Same belief: good technology should make competitions simpler to run and better to experience.

Feels special seeing something we built travel this far.

Cricket making it to the Asian Games in Japan this year has an interesting story behind it.

It wasn’t originally part of the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 programme. One of the challenges was quite simple there wasn’t a suitable cricket venue.

So Japan had to build one.

In just a few months, a baseball ground at Kurogi Sports Park was converted into a cricket venue, with natural grass, practice nets and the facilities needed for international matches.

And Japan didn’t stop at building the venue. Its own men’s and women’s teams are also taking part in the competition.

For me, this is one of the more interesting things happening around cricket right now. The sport is moving into new markets, and with its return to the Olympics at LA28, there is likely to be more attention on infrastructure, teams and player development in countries where cricket is still growing.

Will we see more countries investing in cricket over the next few years?

A few moments from the Proflex English Open 2026!

With 3,400 players, 56 countries and 62 courts across three halls, it was a huge week for pickleball. Our Stupa team was there with DRS and Stupa Cast, bringing technology into the action and helping make every match more engaging and connected.

A lot of work went into making it happen. 🙌
