hi everyone it's very important for your health
u can see today we use mobile in early morning and late night but this is very harmful for health like ur eyes and mind affect by mobile so i think we should be take care about this never use mobile early morning and late night .
we should be take water 1st in morning boil always better

banana always give u power and help to gain weight. u never feel weakness if u take banana everyday with milk .
it's my own experience i eat daily 6 banana in whole dai 3 banana in lunch and 3 in evening
but don't take in dinner
