Felt good to get myself worked up and devastated after what would normally have been a light workout day sometime back.
Remember folks, its a π—Ÿπ—’π—‘π—š π—§π—˜π—₯𝗠 π—šπ—”π— π—˜ and it’s utmost important to start fresh forgetting the past numbers and PR’s.
They will come back too, you just gotta 𝗧π—₯𝗨𝗦𝗧 π—§π—›π—˜ 𝗣π—₯π—’π—–π—˜π—¦π—¦ and hit it hard !

Had an amazing Saturday at the best gym in Delhi-NCR and currently the only branch of here -> .gurugram
My second visit to this amazing facility thanks to and and a special thanks to for the amazing hospitality, staff and such a wonderful gym facility.

Things did not happen overnight for Piyush. It took him time, consistency and relentless efforts to achieve this kind of life changing transformation.
.
Let's hear it in his own words:

"I had always been an obese kid which carried on to my college and early career days, which resulted in low self-confidence, multiple health issues, being made fun of, called nicknames that led me to become an introvert.

But one day I decided to change all that and start a healthier life. There were a lot of challenges such as very low results initially, demotivation, work-life balance, living in a small PG room with almost none healthy eating options, daily office parties, etc.

However, I overcame them by cooking my meals at 5 AM every day in order to hide it from the PG owner, taking 3-4 containers to work, controlling cravings at parties, and kept sticking to the plan with consistency.

As soon as the results started showing, I became better, healthier, more confident and soon this became my passion."
