When we focus on bringing out the best in others, we find the best in ourselves.
I am beyond grateful to share that I’ve been recognized by Silicon India Magazine as the Best Leadership Coach in India, 2026.
When I started this journey, my goal was simple: to help people find their own "edge."
I never imagined I’d have the privilege of walking alongside so many individuals navigating their biggest career challenges and personal breakthroughs.
To all my coachees, thank you for trusting me with your growth. This award is as much yours as it is mine.
And thank you, Silicon India for this honor.
There is still so much more to learn in this journey. This milestone is an occasion to pause and reflect.

Flipping through the Times of India this morning,
I noticed Leading With Words, looking right back at me through its pages.
Some starts feel like reassurance. That you’re on the right path.
This one did.
Stepping into the year with gratitude, hope, and renewed belief in the power of words.

Happy to share this ...
Scroll has published an excerpt from my book, Leading With Words! 💙
So often, we think of communication as just words.
But our eyes, posture, stillness, and even silence speak volumes.
Sometimes louder than our voice.
That’s something I learnt over the years, and saw play out in hundreds of coaching conversations.
This excerpt guides you through using your nonverbal presence to convey trust, credibility, and calm. Even in high-stakes situations.

Available now in bookstores and online.
Thank you, Scroll, for publishing this excerpt. And to Srishti Publishers & Distributors for bringing this book to life.

Privileged to be interviewed by Frontlist Magazine regarding my new book, Leading With Words: How to Inspire, Influence and Drive Success as a Transformative Leader.
In the feature, I talk about why communication is at the heart of leadership, and why our words matter as much as our ideas.
The interview is part of the September 2025 edition of Frontlist Media, themed “From Literacy to Liberation.”

When I first saw my words in print, I was 8.
It was a simple poem in a school magazine- about a river flowing fearlessly into the unknown.
I didn’t know it then, but that was the beginning of a lifelong love affair with words.
Decades later, after 18 years of work experience, hundreds of leadership conversations and moments spent observing people rise or retreat based on what they say and how they say it, I wrote Leading With Words.
And now, right from the day of its release, Leading With Words is creating waves.
The media has taken notice. And, more importantly, so have leaders who are ready to elevate how they communicate.
I’m grateful.
But more than that, I’m excited for every person who will pick this up and realise:
✨ You don’t need a title to lead. You need the right words.
📘 The book is out now. Available on Amazon and Flipkart.

It’s been a tough few days personally.
So much so that, for the first time since April 2021, I have paused my daily morning writing.
But today, I’m pausing for a different reason.
To soak it in.
I held "Leading With Words" in my hands today.
My fifth book.
And yet, the feeling… it never gets old.
Every book baby has its own story.
But this one? It’s special.
Not because it's my first non-fiction.
Not because of what it says.
But because of what it represents.
For years, I’ve coached senior professionals on finding their voice.
On speaking up, leading meetings, handling difficult conversations.
And almost always, I heard the same question:
"Is there a book you recommend?"
There wasn’t. So I wrote it.
This book holds 2500+ coaching conversations within its pages.
In many ways, it’s my way of reaching people I may never meet,
but who might need to hear:
"You can communicate with impact. You can be heard."
Today I am pausing
To celebrate what this book stands for.
And maybe tomorrow, I’ll pick up the pen again.
If you’ve ever felt unheard in your meetings, in your career, in your life:
This book is for you.
📘 Leading With Words is available now at https://www.amazon.in/Leading-Words-Influence-Transformative-Communication/dp/9364111214/
I hope it speaks to you. And more importantly, helps you speak.
Thank you, Srishti Publishers & Distributors. And thank you.
You know what the second thank you is for 🙂

𝗜 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗜 𝗮𝗺, 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻.
When I wrote my first book 4 years ago, I was terrified.
Terrified of failing.
Of being judged.
Of people saying, “Who does she think she is?”
Eventually, the fear made space for joy. And since then, I’ve written 4 books.
But here I am again with 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 #𝟓, and I’m right back at square one.
Heart thumping. Doubts whispering. My hands are shaking ever so slightly as I write this.
Because this is my 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
A completely new genre. A completely new voice.
And the most personal one yet, because this book brings together two of the most intimate parts of me: 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 and 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴.
It’s strange...
To be seasoned and scared at the same time.
To have experience, and still feel like a beginner.
But that’s what growth looks like, doesn’t it?
𝗜𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
I used to write stories to escape my world.
Now, I write stories to empower others to change theirs.
Yes, I’ve written 4 books before. But this one?
This feels like I’m starting all over again.
And honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

If you’ve ever struggled with self-doubt, visibility, or finding your voice as a leader, this book is for you.

𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬.
Eighteen years of conversations, observations, my own work experience, and real stories from professionals across industries and countries.
And a question that kept returning:
"𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘐 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘺 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦, 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘮?"
"𝘐𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘥?"
There wasn’t.
So I wrote it.
Today, I’m sharing something close to my heart.
The cover of my upcoming book:
𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀: 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘦, 𝘐𝘯𝘧𝘭𝘶𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘋𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘚𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳
This is my first nonfiction.
My soon-to-be fifth published book.
And the only one I wrote not for myself, but for everyone who has ever walked out of a conversation thinking,
"𝘐 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺."
It’s not a leadership theory book.
It’s not a communication manual either.
It’s the book I wish had existed when I was navigating boardrooms, leading teams, or simply trying to be heard.
It’s a guide for speaking with clarity. Leading with presence.
And moving people. Not just processes.
𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘞𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘴 comes out on 10th September.

Because being brilliant isn’t always enough.
Not when your voice keeps getting talked over.
Not when you're told to “speak up more” but not “too much.”
Not when your competence is seen, but your leadership is not heard.
This free masterclass, hosted by HerKey, is titled:
🗣️ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟯 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸
And it’s not about tips for being more polished or perfect.
It’s about:
✅ Building executive presence 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 you speak
✅ Getting buy-in without needing to explain yourself twice
✅ Communicating in a way that makes people listen 𝘢𝘯𝘥 remember
Because in today’s world, leadership isn't just about what you know.
It's about how you're heard.
If you’ve ever felt overlooked despite your effort, this is for you.

Anxiety, perfectionism, hustle culture. These three words that silently shape the lives of so many in Gen Z.
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to be part of a live panel discussion at IMT Ghaziabad, organised by UTI Mutual Fund in association with CNBC-TV18, on Stress Management and Mental Health.
We spoke about why this generation reports the highest anxiety levels globally, why it’s important to talk about it and how the solutions lie not in quick fixes, but in practising emotional intelligence, rewriting the limiting narratives that hold them back and seeking expert health.
For me, one thing stood out:
People don’t just need to be told they’ll be okay; they need to be shown how to be okay.
From creating boundaries in a world that never switches off, to reframing failure as a stepping stone, the tools exist. But they must be made relatable, personal, and actionable.
My gratitude to CNBC, UTI Mutual Fund, and IMT Ghaziabad for creating a space to address what often remains unspoken.
Conversations like these don’t just raise awareness; they plant seeds for change.
💬 What’s one skill you believe every young professional should develop to protect their mental well-being?
