Australia, world champions, again
World Cup Final: Victory over New Zealand by 7 wickets for Clarke's team
Michael Clarke hit 74 in his last one-day international to lead Australia to their fifth World Cup title with a seven-wicket win over New Zealand in a disappointing final on Sunday.
A record crowd of 93,013 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground saw power-packed Australia bowl out the Black Caps for 183 and then gallop to victory in the 34th over.
Clarke, who announced his retirement from the one-day format on the eve of the final, added 112 runs for the third wicket with his likely successor Steve Smith, who returned unbeaten on 56.

Graeme Smith said on Wednesday he was keen to continue to play a role in South African cricket following his retirement from the international game as a player.
"I'd love to play a role with Cricket South Africa and who knows where that's going to be," he said in his final press conference as captain after his side's 245-run defeat in the third Test against Australia.
"I've gained a lot of experience over the years, worked with a lot of people and feel I still have a lot to offer South African cricket."
Smith said he believed it was important to create the right environment for the national team to go forward into the future.
