Just ccompleted my left running activity of IronmanVR 23 (1.5km run - 50km ride - 12km run).
Finally It's done with offical record because past 3 times it was not recording properly because of apps.
Suunto is amazing app.

After complete the 45 km ride in morning I Just Finished my another activity of half century ride (50 km) of the day.

Today morning i completed double century (213 km) night ride with the amazing team Reg Riderz. It was my 2nd longest night ride.
Awesome ride with lovely people and along with the lot of fun..

I just finished my 106 km easy solo ride followed by 2 km run in the rain along. When I start the ride I decided that I will do only a 40 km ride but then I got too much support of weather I continued the ride and set out towards Delhi.
I visited all famous places of Delhi (Kutub Minar, India Gate, Purana Qila, Zoo, Bangla Sahib and Humayun’s Tomb etc.

It was lovely weather I enjoyed my ride a lot. there was too much humidity but it's okay.

Done and dusted IRONMAN VR8 with my team fit&fast, it was an amazing experience of outdoor almost after 2 months.
It is also too hot and partly sunny with 44C sensible, 15% humidity, and wind force 3km/per hr but we did it.

The distance of the course: 3 km run, 40 km Ride, 10 km run.

Thank you Proathlix to make me strong and helping me to daily workout.

Done Sunday long run with team Fitso at Dwarka (Winter Delhi Half Marathon, 4th Adition).
I paced to one of my best Mr. Praveen kaushik, He got his PB today in HM 1:50:55 hour. His last time was 1:57:14 hour 20 days back.
Sunil Khemka Sir got 1st in his Age category.
