12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT Christmas Workout 🎄 -*
12 rounds for time, starting with 1 and adding a movement each round:
1 handstand push-up
2 toes to bar
3 burpees
4 pull-ups
5 air squats
6 reverse lunges
7 sit-ups
8 Db. Front squats (45/30-lb.)
9 box jumps (24/20”)
10 Db. Reverse lunges (45/30-lb.)
11 Db. Push press (45/30-lb.)
1200-m run
* Perform the workout like the “12 Days of Christmas” song. In round 1, perform 1 HSPU. In round 2 perform 2 T2B and then 1 HSPU. In round 3, perform 3 burpees, 2 T2B, then 1 HSPU. Continue adding a new movement each round 🌲
