Honestly — when he first came to us, his body was exhausted. 😔

50 years old.
Right shoulder winging.
Poor muscle engagement — the muscles weren’t even firing right.
Overtraining syndrome — his body had been pushed too much, too wrong.
Plus a history of ACL surgery and chondromalacia.

We started from zero. No ego. No rushing. Just a thorough assessment of every joint and every weak link — and then we built the plan around HIM.
