Champions of the 1st Croire Cup! Came back to win the final 3-1 after being down 1-0 at halftime.

Kicked off 2015 in good knick!
Won the Leh Leh Sports Indoor Tournament and the 6 a side tourny held by Leh Leh Sports in Jasola in which we didn't concede a single goal. Took a road trip to Bangalore! and today Won the 2nd Salvage Football Tourny. It was the first time we've ever played 9 a side! More pictures to follow! It was a Happy Republic Day! SPG did not make it to the semi-finals of the Budweiser 6v6 Football International Cup. However, after a spirited showing against teams that included professional footballers from England, Chile, and Ukraine we are coming back next year leaner, meaner, and wiser. [The English team had an ex-West Ham player who was very impressive to watch and great to learn from].
SPG's Sonam won the Most Skillful Player award after being judged as one of the most skilled players from a group that included 80 talented players from 8 countries
SPG also missed one of our most valuable players from this campaign, Sam, who could not make it because of visa processing delays. This Player of the Tournament from the India leg would have been crucial to us.
All in all the tournament has been excellent experience for SPG all the way from the regional leg to the national leg and then to the international leg.
