I love being around children. Blessed with two of my own, I am fully aware of the lifestyle of today’s kids and their fitness requirements. A strong believer in exercising for healthy living and making it interesting for my own children at home, I decided to launch Future Fit. A formal training and certification in physical fitness for children from American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA) gave me the necessary tools to involve a wider audience in my mission to make our future generations fitter. I want to give children space to spend quality time engaging with peers and having fun through group learning while understanding ways and importance of keeping fit and happy. Future Fit is my endavour to help parents and children realize the importance of children’s fitness early in their lives. Through my association with various schools and play schools in the past I have been exposed to various formal techniques used in children’s education and fitness. Trained in ‘Early Childhood’ and ‘Speech and Drama’ from Julia Gabriel School of Education, I have learnt the techniques of storytelling, encouraging education through drama, and motivating children to speak in public. During this time I have learnt how to effortlessly create a warm, friendly, and stimulating environment, filled with love and laughter for both the children and their parents. VITIKA S BANERJEE
Vitika possesses over 24 years of work experience in large MNC’s like Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Philips, Avon Cosmetics, Dabur & Aircel in the area of skincare, personal-care, nutrition, healthcare & home appliances and telecom. Her last corporate assignment was leading transformation at Vishal Mega Mart as CMO at TPG Wholesale India to turn around the company and deliver higher brand equity. Her diverse experience across sales, marketing and brand strategy has given her robust understanding of the Indian consumer across industry segments, demographics and geographies. She possesses wide experience in innovation management and business leadership for start up operations in consumer and service setups and worked on developing Digital First brands from idea to market introduction successfully. Bringing this expertise onboard, she leads business development and brand building as Co-Founder for Future Fit LLP to drive scale and profitability.
